This utility can retrieve an accidentally deleted .ICN file provided you can still see the icon in the Application Manager display. It can also create a file copy of any of the HP 200LX built-in icons. (Program author: Gilles Kohl)
The IconSaver main screen lets you select the application whose icon you want to save.
