- The following contents have been improved about Media Player.
- It enabled it to reproduce from the file chosen with the [Playlist] tab.
- It enabled it to tune volume finely on a reproduction screen.
- "Continuation reproduction" is added to a [option] menu and it could be made to carry out continuation reproduction of the file or subsequent ones chosen with the [Video] tab and the [Music] tab.
- This has been improved although use time was short according to the use situation by the ROM version "1.10JP."
- It has improved so that the mail from a specific POP server (Sendmail for NT) can be received.
- Although it has not been correctly recognized when it is set as the address of mail by SL-B500 since the mail address registered into the mail address column of an address book was bundled with """ (double KOTESHON) and had shifted in the data shift from MI series Zaurus, it has improved so that it may shift correctly. - The following contents have been improved about the mail function.
- This has been improved although there was a case where an alert with an insufficient memory was displayed by the availability of a main part memory and the capacity of appending data, and subsequent mail could not be received with them at the time of mail reception.
- This has been improved although there was a case where neither character transformation nor appending data opened when the mail transmitted from specific mail software was received.

- Although it might not be classified as the classification condition specified by classification condition setup of mail, it was made to be evaluated in an order from the upper item. For example, the mail which the <1st condition> or the <2nd condition>, and the <3rd condition> agree on <the 1st condition> or the <2nd condition>, and agrees on <the 3rd condition> is chosen.
- When the data of a "report & free book" was classified into the information file according to the data shift from MI series Zaurus, it enabled it to make those data shift to the folder of the same folder name as each information file name. If the setting button at the lower right of a data shift (MI Zaurus) screen is touched, it can choose whether the classification information on an information file is shifted.

- In the network setup of PPP dial-up connection, it could be made to perform a setup of IP address fixation on new creation or a correction screen.
- When inputting the birthday of owner information or an address book, it enabled it to input the dates from 1901 to 1969 using a mini calendar.
- This has been improved although the power supply might turn on when it became at the time (midnight 0 o'clock etc.) regular every day.
